Why should you meditate? I have been meditating for the last three years honesty in the beginning I was skeptical and the high point i took up Vipassana meditation program last 10 days with every day I have meditate for a long 10 hours .If i compair myself with before meditate and after meditate I can say that it change me the hole. its not only for decises person , Meditation is for everyone now I have no doubt about it . In this lockdown if your are having hard days staying at home then meditation is definite for you.

how to meditate ? what are 'its benefits ?

For the meditate first we have to wakeup at morning and sit at the comfort place start meditation firstly take a long breath and hold its for 2 second and take it out slowly . like this you can do It for 10 min, by doing this you can feel relif . its very simple take breath from nose and take it out from the mouth.

Its benefits is by doing this you feel good and you have t control on your thought and feeling .by doing this you have to control on your action .By doing this your life has fully change.

Its can increase your self control .
